A one-of-a-kind event bringing together global experts from space medicine and physiology to explore how space innovation is helping us rethink health on Earth. The possibilities are as vast as they are exciting.

The event was a well-organized, well-attended, and inspirational kick-off to what I certainly hope and believe will be future opportunities for collaboration focused on value creation in space and building an innovation ecosystem in low Earth orbit that benefits human health on Earth and beyond.

The conference was excellent! I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. A great line up of talks, engaging people. A very well-organized conference. Breaks and conference meals turned out to be a significant opportunity to network and brainstorm. Several unexpected connections have led to collaborations and projects.

I had the pleasure of participating in the Health from Space conference in Cannes. It was a great event providing networking opportunities and deep industry insights. We made contacts along the full value chain from pharma to science facilitators, to space logistics providers and investors. I am personally looking forward to contributing to another such beautiful event.

Health from Space, new edition and once again, a real pleasure! After taking part last year in a round table on bridging the gap between healthcare and space industries, this year I had the opportunity to moderate a panel on neurodegenerative diseases and aging, with some brilliant experts. Thanks to the organizers for this incredible event. So many topics were covered, and if there's one thing we can all agree on, it's that space is full of opportunities for innovation in healthcare. See you next year!

Thanks for this invitation that merge two very different business worlds. It is an eye-opener event with great new opportunities.

Thanks to all presentations, especially from ESA, we were able to see, hear, and understand how space will be integrated into the future development of the pharmaceutical industry. For instance, research on rare diseases and space-related health conditions can complement each other to enhance the health and well-being of all. Meeting astronauts there was also incredibly inspiring, for our future, the good… and beyond.

Our recent discussions with investors at the 'Health from Space' conference have been incredibly fruitful, highlighting the immense opportunities awaiting in the convergence of these two dynamic fields. From exploring the potential of in-space manufacturing of biopharma materials to leveraging space technology for advancements in healthcare, the possibilities are truly limitless.

Thank you for giving us such a great opportunity to presenting our technology. Discussing with the remarkable speakers and conference participants, many potential synergies between health in space and our science emerged. To be explored further!

What a great way to start the week, with the huge privilege of attending and speaking at the Health from Space conference in Cannes, France. This conference aims to bring these sectors closer together, discussing key opportunities in sectors like pharmaceutical, cosmetics, bioprinting and more, hearing about sector needs to drive innovation, new platform and engagement mechanism developments and common challenges. Well done to the organisers, sponsors and speakers for an inspiring day.

Coming from the world of cosmetics, I had the pleasure of discovering a whole new universe in the Health from Space conference in Cannes, rich in start-ups and companies at the cutting edge of innovation! Two worlds that may seem very far apart, but which are nonetheless very close in many areas of science. We need to foster these cross-disciplinary interactions because we share common challenges and interests, and I'm looking forward to joining the next conferences. No doubt that Space Science will pave the way for breakthrough innovations in the future of Cosmetic Science.

Today was the last day of this edition of Health from Space, which brought together 80 international space and pharma key players from the industrial, academic and institutional sectors. A big congratulations to the organizers for the quality of the conferences and discussions. It was indeed impressive to see how microgravity accelerates the aging of cells — opening a new approach for pre-clinical studies, but also for gene and cell therapy — and how the bio-production of chemical drugs is also impacted by microgravity, which offers interesting crystallization and stability even once back on earth. Thank you for giving us a glimpse into the next revolution in these industries.

It was a great experience to discuss the regulatory framework for Health from Space. This is a fascinating and fast-changing subject, I already look forward to the next edition!

The Health from Space conference brought together stakeholders from the space sector but also very substantially from the life sciences sector. This is precisely the type of event we need! Also to be commended is ESA for supporting this event at a senior level, with Director General Josef Aschbacher as well as three other directors present in person, and MEDES (Institute for Space Medicine and Physiology). Together we will build this ecosystem!

Space. The final frontier?! An exciting day for our company who was presenting at Health from Space, a fascinating conference looking at the future potential space could offer in microgravity R&D… and who knows, maybe even manufacturing!

This event demonstrated a compelling opportunity to understand the new rhythm and experience of those who really lead, act and perform from orbit to improve our health on mother earth. Join the community.
